How much does Klick cost?
Free events are free. For paid tickets the Klick fee is 4% + ₦100 per paid ticket, capped at ₦2,000. There is no monthly plan and no setup cost.
Who pays the fee, me or my buyers?
You choose for each event. By default the buyer pays it at checkout, so you receive your full ticket price. You can switch an event to absorb the fee yourself instead.
Do my buyers need a Klick account?
No. Anyone can check out as a guest. Their tickets arrive by email and they can open them again any time from that link, or in the Klick app if they sign up later.
How does check-in work at the door?
Your team scans QR codes with any phone, in the Klick app or a browser. Each ticket gets in once. A second scan of the same ticket shows when it was first used, and you can type the short ticket code if a screen is cracked or too dim.
Can my door staff scan tickets without seeing my sales?
Yes. Invite them with the Check-in staff role. They only see the check-in screen for your events, not orders, payouts or settings.
How do promoter links work?
Create a link for each promoter with an optional commission rate. Klick counts the visits and ticket sales that come through each link, so you can see who sold what and pay commission on real numbers.
When do I get paid?
Add your bank account once and request a payout from your dashboard. Earnings from an event can be paid out 24 hours after it ends, and Klick reviews every payout before it is sent. After you change bank details there is a 48-hour wait before payouts go to the new account.
What happens if I cancel an event?
Cancelling stops sales and refunds every paid order. Refunds are reviewed by Klick and buyers are emailed at each step.
Can attendees pass a ticket to a friend?
Yes. A ticket can be sent to someone else until the event starts. The new holder gets a fresh QR code and the old one stops working.
